FAQs

1. How do I place my order?

To place order on Cervitaur is quiet easy. Just select size color and quantity and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. After putting the product into the cart, Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. At the end  you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

2. How long can items be stored for in my shopping bag?

The products in your cart will remain there for up to 30  days. This applies to all customers.

3. An item added to my shopping bag was sold out.

When the purchase is completed  during the checkout process only than product is reserved. Sometimes extremely popular or in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. As told in point 2, product in shopping cart remains there for 30 days, but availability of product is not guaranteed. Thus you should pay and buy product immediately to avoid stock shortage issue. 

4. Do you restock items that are sold out?

Sometimes we do refill the stock, but most of the times stock is not refilled. 

5. How do I know what size to choose?

Sizes are given along the product or you may ask us for perfect size

6. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

Yes, it is possible to cancel it within 1 hour of placing the order.  We process orders very quickly so that product reaches u very quickly, thus cancellation is not possible in every scenario. For cancellation, you must consult us within 1 hour.

7. Do you ship to my country?

We ship orders all over the world. 

8. How much is the shipping cost?

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

1. The shipment method you choose 

2. The destination country that the package ships to;

3. The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

9. How do I know if the item has free shipping?

 Standard shipping will be free. But if you want quick delivery than it will cost you few extra dollars. 

10. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

11. What is Insurance?

Insurance covers the damages that can be occurred. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. If any damage occurs, than don't worry as you have already paid insurance during the order checkout, we will at once contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to make financial compensation claim. 

12. How do I return or exchange an item?

Please note that Cervitaur do not accept returns or exchanges if prior approval is not made from authority. So you have to contact respective authority of customer care department to ask for return or exchange. Once approval is made, you can get exchange or return. Return should be made through traceable carrier, and keep record of Tracking Number of your package. Cervitaur is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. We don't accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Requirements for return or exchange:

Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt;

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;

Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;

Gift cards, jewelry, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.

13. When refund will be made?

Refunds is generally made 7 to 10 business days after receiving  your return. The exact time may vary due to individual payment provider.
